Will there be a way again to mark other CIT-users as friends so as to know if they are online or not/

maybe... hmmm good idea.

But then again, might already be in the works. I'll work on some out-lines and if we don't see another post from a titan dev, in 2 days... I'll go about implementing the system.

No you won't :p

It's existed before, it just never made it into the CGT/CIT merge/rewrite. It will be there in CIT v2.
