Hey all! So this one came to mind after trying to figure out good synergy for Sonic Blast. Thermal seemed to fit perfectly since it lets you spam howl the second fights start, and increases a team's damage bonus which has synergy with -res.
Thermal's main weakness is that it relies on resistance buffs instead of defense buffs. However, with Vengeance you can still get teams to the defense softcap. Since Thermal has a lovely resurrect power, Vengeance fits well and fills in the defense hole.
So, highlights of the build:
1. Gives teams the following useful debuffs: lots of -res, -regen, -dmg.
2. Gives teams the following useful buffs: lots of +damage, +resistance, +defense if someone goes down, and mez protection.
3. Can heal and rez with a powerful stun.
4. Defense Softcap to S/L/E.
5. Hasten close to perma.
6. Affordable (none of the expensive purple sets aside from a damage proc).
7. Some control in Siren's Song if mob count gets out of hand.
