Title: Cannot download the new version of Paragon Chat

  Tequila tried downloading the new version of Paragon Chat, and the download hung up almost immediately.  I closed Tequila & tried downloading manually from the link in the forum. Again the transfer hangs at around 4.3K.  Any ideas or suggestions for a fix?

Open it up, click options, delete any manifests.
try that.
manifest should be http://patch.savecoh.com/manifest.xml

Well, I wouldn't delete any manifests. Just add the new one. You can choose the new one to use, and if you don't delete the old one you won't have to retype it if that becomes necessary.

Well OK, do what you want, but the old manifest doesn't work and isn't necessary for Paragon Chat or ICON.
