Title: Black screenshots?

When I was only running Icon, I could get screenies... after I installed Paragon Chat, all my screenies are coming out mono black... Does anyone know why this is happening?

known issue going back to when the game was still active. the easiest way to fix it is to go to your options screen, and try running the game in "windowed" mode instead of full screen. that helps most people.
