Title: Is thier anything like virtue verse around for Paragon Chat?

I've been looking around, and noticed that account creation is closed for virtueverse, is thier a new alternative site for paragon chat to create profiles for your characters byond what the ingame profile menu gives you?

Yes, there's Ouroboros Portal (https://ouroportal.com/), Titan Network's own player wiki. It's open to everybody, not just role-players, and regardless of server (it has actually been around for a long time).
