I wish they would give people more time for that. At a minimum they should make it two weeks to give people a chance to save up money from a paycheck or two.

(I have had a LTS myself for the last five years so I'm not complaining for myself; just other folks.) :D

After checking my calendar of toon birthdates... There should be one more FF slot sale before the end of the year... I want to get in on that one because I bought no slots this year! This is the first year since I started playing CO that I haven't bought a single FF slot. Can't have that!

It's good to give people a heads up on these. Maybe someone has the zen socked away but isn't playing at the time - I've been that person. Thanks Kaos.

Every year there is the same debate in Zone about whether or not to buy a LTS and every year I think it's a good deal.

If you have an entertainment budget, and you're a regular player that can fit a CO LTS into their entertainment budget, it's a no-brainer. Get the thing. If by some chance a LTS finally doesn't pay off for someone and that someone is you, oh well, such is life.

I had a 'lifetime' membership to a gym, once.. I was a regular, it fit into my budget.. And then one morning not too long after buying it, early, before going to the gym.... I saw the guy that sold me the membership on TV, hauling equipment out of his gym in the middle of the night (I don't remember how they got the footage..), and that place was kaput. He totally cleaned the place out and skipped town!

So, I know how 'lifetime' lifetime memberships can be, but, I'd still get a CO LTS if I had a gaming budget and it was within it. If I was paying a monthly sub, no question, I'd save up for an LTS sale.
