Title: How do I go through with installing tequila and NET?

I can't go through with installing tequila or .NET Framework 3.5. How I get it done? (See image) [C:\Users\Dell\Documents\My Documents\City of Heroes][/C:\Users\Dell\Documents\My Documents\City of Heroes]

My friend her sent me the photos and told me she gets this message:

"Windows Features

The following feature couldn't be installed:

.NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)




Windows couldn't find requested files to complete the requested changes. Make sure you're connected to the internet, and try again

Error code: 0x800F081F"

If you have your Windows installation media, CD or DVD, you can type this into a Command Prompt.

DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:D:\sources\sxs
Where you see "D:\sources\sxs", replace the drive letter with where your Windows USB or CD drive is.

If you use Windows 10 and don't have installation media, you can make a USB or CD with the Media Creation Tool (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209) first, then try the above.
