Title: Help: Can't convert Sentinel file to costume file

I'm trying to convert a character that I used Sentinel to extract but I'm getting:

  Processing costume  1... FAILED
  Processing costume  2... FAILED
  Processing costume  3... FAILED
  Processing costume  4... FAILED
  Processing costume  5... FAILED

The file contents are too large to include here.  I had two other characters that converted fine.  The one the failed was my main and probably the most complicated in terms of prestige powers, quest powers, badges, etc.

Is there any debugging I can do, or is there some surgery I should do on the XML file to simplify it?
