Title: A weird one - Elec/Elec

I actually heard about this stalker build via the PositiveGamer stream, and created and leveled one to 14 last night.

I'm usually not a huge melee fan (prefer 'trollers and 'fenders) but this combo was a ton of fun to solo and run with a team.

I'm curious if anyone has any suggestions for optimizing this type of build, especially if their is advice for maxing out the End-drain the build could do.
