While running the Willy Wheeler's arc via Ouro Pillar for paragon of Vice, i found some inconsistencies vs what is documented at mission guides.
Not sure if it is because I ran via Pillar, vs what would run in the 'normal' game.
At any rate, here's the link to badges discussion where I tried to document this as closely as it ran for me..
