Title: HS Webservice Down

Currently, the communication between HS and CIT is not functional.  We are working on it, the Domain itself appears to be down.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, and hope to have this matter resolved shortly.  We will keep everyone informed via this thread.  Thank you.

Ok folks. HS is talking to CIT again.

(Must have given CIT some flowers.... lol)
