New Features:
- Some fun stuff for today: added in style switching based on your faction. Villains now have a red theme, and heroes keep the blue theme.
- Optimized some of the caching features, PNG image sizes, and various other back-end stuff to hopefully make the site run faster. Ongoing initiative to keep load times light.

Fixes:
- Corrected some display issues in the Load / View build pages.

New Features:
- If you deselect all powers in a set, you can now change the set in the drop-down menu.  This should let you change your mind, or fix a mis-click, without having to do a hard refresh of the page.
- Just a fun thing, but selecting a villain changes the site's theme.

Fixes:
- Corrected a display issue when "enabling" powers that shouldn't have been available after de-selecting them.  Functionality was working fine, but it was showing powers as being available when they shouldn't be.

New Features:
- Added the "Browse Builds" page.  It only has basic functionality for now, but with as few builds as are currently saved in the new system it's not such a big deal yet.

New Features:
- Toggle Slot Level button - temporary (state is not saved) toggle to show/hide the slot bubbles
- New Settings button/window.
--- Saved settings are based on your Login Session, or by cookie if you choose not to login.
--- Included in Settings are:
------- 60 Month Vet Reward
------- Theme selector (can use default dynamic, or choose to always use Hero or Villain)
------- Slot Bubbles default (toggles the little bubbles over enhancements)

Fixes:
- If you click "Save Build" while logged out, and successfully log in, the Save Build window will now appear (previously had to click "Save Build" again after logging in)
- Hitting "enter" in the Log In window will now submit the form

New Features:
- Added a public User Profile page. You can see the link next to "My Account" in the main navigation after you've logged in.

Fixes:
- Server now saves correctly, and will auto-populate when over-writing existing builds.  Server was not previously being saved correctly, so existing builds will not have any information for Server.
