Arn't the Loyalty Program Badges supposed to go live today? I didn't get mine ???

They went live last week.  If you believe you should have gotten them, but didn't, then you should file a ticket with PlayNC's support team (link (http://help.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/ncsoft.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php))
