Title: Dual Pistols/Energy Manipulation w/ Fly Help

I do pretty much exclusively PvE and play as a traditional Blaster (ie my squishy butt stays in the back and shoots things).

i'd try and work Aid Self in there somewhere... maybe put off Pistols and build up until much later and work in the self heal somewhere before lvl 30.  i always take Aid Self with blasters
