With Fitness now being inherent to all AT's does this still need to be counted?

There are still characters that utilize the pool. If they haven't respec'd since the change, they still have Pool Fitness.

I have a character with pool Fitness (one of few who ever took Fitness), and I'm hesitant to respec him because he is currently about the only character left without Stamina. (-:
