My character management page currently indicates (correctly) that I am tracking a character.
My signature (see below), however, indicates that I am offline.
There appears to be a discrepancy.

I use the CGT Offline and Hero / Villain Online Settings, not sure what you have so maybe this is an incorrect theory, however, here are my personal items, minus the Tags:
CIT Signature Setting:

I'm also noting that my Badge Count signature numbers do not match either between here and CIT, so....perhaps you haven't updated your Sig here with the most current Sig Settings from CIT? Again...this could be incorrect and I cannot test this until I get home, but these Sig items of mine did work back in the day and I don't recall any knowledge of changes being made to this part of CIT since then.

I can't say for certain exactly when it stopped working, but it seems to have been working at the beginning of the year. That may or may not help narrow down the issue.
