Support Core Embodiment for the Hybrid slot is giving 12% more defense to all of my defenses when it should only be giving 6%.  Is this a bug?

Indeed it is, see the second to last under "Powers & Numbers" on the Known Issues List (http://www.cohtitan.com/forum/index.php/topic,4708.0.html).

It's using the pet values. In-game power info shows it incorrectly as well.
