Title: I need a little help constructing my letter please !!

I need to get a record of what awards City of Heroes as a game has won and I also would like someone to give me a record of the things the Community has done like when we have raised money to help causes.. etc etc.. I really want to put these into my letter to show the accolades of the design team @ paragon and the spirit of heroism of the community itself..

It's a game that is held up as a standard by which reviewers compare new games, regardless of genre. Mostly, tell what the game means to you. The technical points and accolades were probably covered in the Team Wildcard pitch.
