Been wanting this for a while (and was kinda sick of my The Matrix background).
So I adapted the "Bigstar" background from the Fansite kit.
Simply cloning the background didn't work too well because the interface is taller than most screens (1080x1920). And simply block-replicating the background left nasty lines that would be a pain in the cojones to smooth away. So I just sampled the background colors and rebuilt the background from scratch. Then applied a nice radial gradient. From there I transplanted the star and voila!

If anyone wants to use the image, feel free! I don't have another camera readily available, but it looks QUITE swanky (especially since the S4 does a little lens-flare when bringing up the lock screen and positions NICELY along the bottom of the star).
Also, a quick mod of the black and white Paragon City Seal.

Unfortunately the color/gold one on the flag background is tougher (because the background isn't easily extended).

Actually in Android you can use either Photo or Picassa to resize it to fit. (in my case I used quickpic since I roll my own OS)

okay, I re-imagined the original a bit for my Galaxy S7, they are slightly over-sized to better work with the "motion backdrop" feature.
