Hmmm... well this is a very squishy build.


Not telling you how to play or how to build but here is my critique:


You have no type of defense or damage mitigation to speak of. In the case of a Rad defender I would go with a Defense build. Because you are a squishy I find it best to build with ranged defense in mind. I noticed when you posted this you had all of your incarnate powers on...which is great but this toon would not survive a BAF or any other type of itrial to get those powers. I'm not a huge fan of Fallout or EM Pulse/Irradiate ... Fallout requires a death and EM Pulse/Irradiate requires you to go into melee. Chocking cloud is an end hog and is only a mag 1....


So I looked at your build and here is my version of what you came up with....


Notice the changes... I focused more on defense and recharge. I still gave you plenty of attacks, but keeping you out of melee (except for the nuke). If I were going to roll a rad/rad this is what I would do, but I am not a fan of radiation blast myself. I almost always get scorpion shield on my squishy toons...because defense in my opinion is better than resistance especially on squishy toons.

I play mine in melee.I need a purple to cap me to S/L and Range for those hitting me until the team can get to them.Perma
AM and almost perma haste.Choking Cloud/Irradiate work in melee + the def debuff and fallout is always good for incarnate
stuff.Lots of death there :)You can replace a few powers to make it work better for your play style.

 In one persons opinion.. While defense is important it is not always the "end all be all" of a build..

 A lot of time for me it becomes a question of.. Should this character have defense and if so WHY does he have it? How does it work ?

True.I have many characters who's theme will not let them have powers even if it would help defense.Scorpion Shield is one of the few I can take without changing the look.

I do a lot of building according to the character I've set up.

I've denied building uber defense on certain characters I had simply because of theme. If it doesn't seem right for your Daredevil rip off (Homage) to be able to take on the whole Rikti Army by himself, then you have to make the build that works for you. 

Not to mention certain sets don't have a need as much for clearing out 4 or more powers and lots of slots when they have different options available that can do a variety of things that are powerful and can help them survive.
For example, I had a TA/Ice Defender who tanked for a Task Force with Just SOs... The tank we had rage quit in the first mission. 

Then again, I never felt the need (or money... altitus) to have all my characters be able to function at +4/+8.

Now if I could just get over my need to use Hasten on almost every build. :)

You use Hover to help with knockback and to Hover blast?Its a really good build.Better numbers than my build.

just always built toons for  team play but also  solo friendly    alot of trial and error  if couldnt solo decently as well as being a tf  toon   id reroll    i rerolled many times cuz of  a build didnt live up to the idea in my head
