Hey all, been fiddling these last few days with this build for when the game returns...keep getting stuck at 115%ish recharge in my attempt to get perma dom  :-[
my plan for this toon is to not only have perma dom, but to make the most out of Earth Assualt's melee affinity aswell.

Here's my latest attempt at the build.

Looks like permadom to me, even without agility core turned on, none of the FF procs working (you don't need those btw) and without invisibility's LOTG, meaning you could switch it for something useful like a patron armor. There are some other issues with the build but permadom's not one of them. Can dump acrobatics too, cause permadom.

Awesome :D...so i can dump the FF procs and inivs? or just the FF procs?(Will also dump Acro...figured it was needed for...now that i think about, can't recall why i grabbed it lol  ;D)

can dump invis, that'd leave you a second off perma hasten (but still permadom) without your incarnate. with incarnate you can drop stealth too.

I'd also remove every single regular endurance reduction (and the red fortune ones) you have slotted and move your stealth io to sprint. I'd use two of those slots to frankenslot dam/end in mudpots. can use another to throw the numina proc into health. that should more than cover the loss of end red in the toggles. your attacks and controls are pretty endurance heavy but you have to remember domination will refill you every 71 seconds. You'd have a 1.5 end/sec gain even if you were running ss/sj/hover/sprint all at once, which i'm guessing ain't happening. Should then have slots to spare for whatever you replace stealth/invis/acro with and to add more to some attacks.

Vee's pretty spot on with his thoughts.

You are so far beyond permadom with the build the way you have it you can make lots of changes and still keep yourself there.

One of the tricks I liked with characters that had kb was to use the FFs to supplement Hasten. You would be just about perma there and then you can concentrate on other goodies like Defense, health, regen what ever you want.
Personally, I'd dump stealth, invis., accro. and pick up the sleep (sneaky good in a few situations) and then get a touch of resistances (maybe charged armor and power sink) and try to pick up about 10% more defense. That would soft cap you (including the PB+Earthquake -tohit) and provide a lot of survivability so you can go much further without taking a rest.

The other thought might be to keep all your recharge so that you cap it for your Volcanic Gases. getting that up as often as possible sounds really nice. Not to mention power boosted Earthquake on command.
As it looks this build would probably perform really nicely. Maybe not solo a GM nice, but great at a lot of the gameplay available.
