Icon/Island Rum Help

Howdy!

I have downloaded Island Rum, but what to do next to download Icon. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Island Rum will install it. So, open Island Rum.

When I open Island Rum nothing happens so I figured there was a next step. Not sure why Icon wasn't downloaded. Am I missing something?
