First off, some issues with power choices:
1. Your only single attacks are Jab, KoB and Boxing. This will result in extremely poor DPS. I urge you to at the very least pick up Haymaker as it's a fantastic attack (Laser Beam Eyes is also nice due to the achilles' heel and apocalypse proc), and calculate your attack chain.
2. Skipping Granite Armor is nice for novelty, but the best Stone Armor builds take Granite while maintaining a strong out-of-granite presence (softcapped to s/l/n/e/p) for psi-heavy enemies and stronger offense if fighting weak enemies.
3. Leadership powers. You don't need Tactics since your To-Hit is boosted by Rage, and you don't need Assault either (it also suffers from diminishing returns with Rage). I'd usually take Combat Jumping over Maneuvers but you can't use that together with Rooted. Consider dropping down to just Maneuvers in order to fit more important powers like Haymaker and Granite in there.
4. I suggest selecting powers at the appropriate levels, it may not mean much but if you want an applicable build then it's better off(so for example, choose Foot stomp at 38 and KoB at 20)
Onto issues with slotting:
1. You're way overslotted for Hasten, especially with Agility. You only need two slots, the diffference between almost-perma and perma hasten is negligible.
2. If you plan on using Boxing as an attack, consider putting some slots into it.
3. Rage can do fine with just two slots if you're fitting it with Membranes and went with Agility.
And issues with enhancements:
1. Armaggeddon on Mud Pots is a waste. The proc will only check once every 10 seconds, recharge gets no use, and the set has very low endurance reduction forcing you to 6-slot the power.
2. ATO set on Foot Stomp is also a waste. You won't be able to utilize the +res proc well in boss fights due to its lower chance of activation on AoE powers. I'd put Armageddon and a Force Feedback +Rech proc in there.
3. Knockout Blow is where i'd place the ATO set. Hecatomb proc chance doesn't scale off of recharge and there are faster recharging powers like Haymaker which would get more benefit from the proc.
4. You're over the hit point cap with accolades by a few percentages. You could probably clear one or two slots that you aggressively took for the hit point bonus.
That's it for now. If you need anything cleared up then let me know.
