Downloading help

ok i hope someone can help on here.  we have followed the steps to load up chat....we get the download screen started and it sits there.....we have let it sit for hours (hubby starts it before heading to bed , checks it when he wake up (about 8 hours later)...still lets it go) and nothing! it won't move from the maps    are we doing something wrong?!?!  i miss chatting with everyone

Which download screen are you on? If you're using Tequila, there's 3 possible download screens: Tequila's, Paragon Chat's, and the game client's.
