Help with figuring out costume pieces

I finally got around to Paragon Chat and sort of kind of got my main re-done. But it wasn't quite right. Part of the problem is that he was originally created back when there were FAR fewer options, and I simply got lost trying to re-build his primary costume. What costume pieces should I use to get this result?

Pick brown for color 1 and yellow for color 2, the exact shades according to your taste. Then unlock costume colors.

Head - Standard
Face - Face 11
Hair - Ponytail (brown/brown)
Detail 1 - Wraps (probably) (black/blue)
Detail 2 - Cigar
Upper Body - Tight
Chest - Buckled Leather - Stars 1
Chest Detail - Symbols - Star 8 (white and blue)
Gloves - Smooth/Bare - Buckled Leather (black)
Belt - Standard - Simple Leather (black)
Lower Body - Tucked In
Pants - Pants - Stars 1
Boots - Smooth - Combat Boots (black)
Back Detail - Asymmetrical Mantle
Brooch - Brooch 51 (yellow/yellow)
Cape - Short Cape - Stars 2 (swap the interior colors but leave the exterior colors the same as the suit)
