I used to have a Staff/IA Stalker but don't remember the final build.  Would roll with something like this for Staff/SR with alot of damage bonus, procs and perma Hasten.  Would probably use the MB-PS-AS-SR-repeat attack chain so that 3 stacks of Form of Body is always active.  Never did testing to see what was the best chain is or if Sky Splitter actually helped with dps (Recall some players said it did not).
