Note non-profit: I cover all costs and salaries with procedes. After that, winning team picks their charity the rest goes to. Salaries (I have a full-time job, if I had to report salary I'd give myself minimum wage) would be mostly to University of Florida humans versus zombies players who would act as my moderators.
I'll be running a few games for free to get the mechanics down (maybe friends & family). After that, it's insurance, liability, logistics and taking to a lawyer about non-profit parameters.
