Xavier Institute, All Mutants Party

I'd like to start a Cape radio meet.
In First Ward, meet at Mother of Mercy Hospital....
But we can pretend it's Xavier Institute and maybe hold an X-man theme gathering or something, .....I thought it would be different, maybe fun to do....
