Holy crap, Jordan, when did that happen?  Pre- or post-shutdown?  Honestly, were such a thing to occur today in the now-pacified Paragon City, I'd certainly be interested in what natural disaster/off-the-beam travel power/act of supernatural and/or digitally aberrant forces could have caused this.

Nonetheless, glad that there were no casualties accompanying this, and the internal damage the university library sustained was (hopefully) nothing irreparable.  I've been inside and the student population and staff are now largely absent...hopefully this prevented any casualties.

That -looks- like one of the pieces of paper that is normally present on top of the desks and/or bookshelves in the library. They are clientside physics objects spawned by an fx emitter in the map itself (so PC doesn't know or care about their existence). But somehow the scaling of one of them ended up, um, 'massively' wrong. Bizarre.
