My 2 inf for this particular build. I didn't really evaluate the others.
While Earth Control offers a lot of -Def to help hit enemies, I still think Envenom and Weaken need some accuracy slotted. Even with Tactics turned on, against enemies +3 levels above you, your final to-hit is 86.7%. While something like Quicksand would help get you close to 95%, the enemies you REALLY want to hit, like AVs, resist -Def enough to render those particular debuffs almost useless.
The Force Feedback proc in Earthquake is not going to work like you're hoping. EQ is a pseudo-pet, so it would get the benefit of that proc. Unfortunately, pets, pseudo or other, don't benefit from +Recharge. So this is a slot you can move wherever.
Those are the 2 most important things.
Other points:
It appears that you're shooting for 45% s/l defense. Most of the +Def from Stealth will suppress once you attack. If you took this for the Stealth + SS level of invisibility, you can get that from SS + Stealth IO in Sprint.
Neurotoxic Breath is a pretty nice debuff for its -Recharge. I'd take it even if it meant slotting nothing but an accuracy in the base slot. I would value it more than Stealth or the Rez.
In the Tarantula slotting, I'd use the Acc/Dam/Rch IO instead of Dam/End, doing so brings the pet back up 20 seconds earlier.
In Tactics, all 6 slots for Adjusted Targetting is sort of odd, the bonus for the 6th slot gives you mez resists, which is nice, I suppose, but I'd rather move a slot somewhere else for whatever reason, like adding Accuracy to a core debuff.
