Stand alone character creator... (?)

In case you missed it in the other thread, I have developed a .NET class to access the GEO files exported from the pigg's which has the ability to export to OBJ format. (I fairly portable 3D file format).

While I was playing with my little "Example" application on how this library could be used, I just happened to export the "Huge_Male_Head". This got me to thinking back on the "City of Heroes to Blender" stuff I did last year. With a much cleaner method to grab the individual pieces to make my old characters, I started thinking about updating the process. *THEN* I got to thinking "You know what, All the assets are there, it wouldn't be that hard to create a program that would allow you to construct a character similar to the way you would in game... and then the whole thing could be exported out to an OBJ file, which could then be uploaded to a site like Mixamo for rigging and animation.... I wonder if anyone would be interested in something like that?"


So my question is.. Would anyone find something like that useful?
