Surprisingly lighter in tone than I expected.

Yeah. Though Rip is a giant hypocrite.

When he was with them - he made just as many (if not more) stupid mistakes and messed up history just as much.

And the reason time is all broken is because they had to fix the mess he caused with the Spear of Destiny and him having his brain scrambled.

That being said - he doesn't seem to come off as the big villain they made it seem when they were describing his new role. That he would be against his old team and try to stop them at all costs.

I loved the whole MIB - "Men in Blue" homage, even down to the neur...er memory eraser.

Rory was great as usual.

Should be a fun season.

I got a good laugh out of Sara when she told Gideon to fire up the engines.  The Ray and Nate brofest was actually fairly amusing, too.  And Mick... well, Mick's always funny.

Mick is like the highlight of the show for me. Though they should make more out of him having been a Time Agency Bounty Hunter.

I loved the part where Sarah imagines killing her shitty boss. Been there, wished for that.
Yeah. Though Rip is a giant hypocrite.
A raging hypocrite *cough*Vandall Savage*cough*

I have high hopes for this season, especially since Cold is supposed to return. Or at least a version of him.
I'm bad and that's good.
I'll never be good and that's not bad.
There's no one I'd rather be than me.

...unless I could be Batman, of course. Everybody wants to be Batman.

Ava can't be the mysterious hooded follower of Mallus, right?  Because that would be too predictable...
When you insult someone by calling them a "pig" or a "dog" you aren't maligning pigs and dogs everywhere.  The same is true of any term used as an insult.

I feel like I'm in a horror movie and someone just said, "That looks like a safe place to hide."

Or - we are all alone in this house after being attacked by Zombies. Lets all split up and sleep in separate rooms on three floors instead of all staying together.

Could be Rip's wife, I suppose...  less obvious, but maybe more cliche?

Is Mallus from the comics? Name kind of sounds familiar.

Come on, they're being really original this year. None of us would have ever predicted that Billy Zane's career would come back as a time remnant.

My guess is Time Agent Lady that fights just as well as the assassin trained by the super secret league of assassins.

That's Ava, I believe.

"Give us your candy.          And your lunch money."

Mick - hands down the best character on the show.

Was trying to think of the film they were spoofing but it was so subtle I couldn't come with it................

Yeah, couldn't quite put my finger on it.

Though, honestly, there were about 8 movies to pick from.

Been long time since I saw a Delorean without all the time travel stuff on it.
