Applying Sounds and Particle FX to seqbits

So, I've been messing around with adding emotes into PChat via seqbits (I made a tutorial here)and I've noticed that some of the seqbits come with sounds, or even FX built into them; an example being:

ENCOUNTER POSSESSOR HIGH Is it possible to say, make an emote perform an animation, but also call up sounds and FX? The idea would be to essentially replicate the looks and sounds of some of the old powers from Live.
