I really miss city of heroes and segs is unfinished codewalker and devs i would like to request dev access. i promise to help out and improve paragon chat. owe one to  @crashpostion for dev info and a go for it.

When Codewalker does another test of the development branch, he'll contact you.  All that's left is patience.
