Error: Cannot find map!

Sixpence:
I have a bunch of toons I can't login because they are no longer associated to a map.  I don't know how this happened, but it is within the last 20 days.  I updated the zone.cfg a couple of weeks ago, but I reverted back to the previous one to see if it made a difference - which it didn't.  Some were logged into mission maps and some were in city zones. Any suggestions?  I really don't want to recreate them all.

Fixed!  I created a completely new zone.cfg and that seemed to clear the corruption.
