so i havnt been on pc in awhile and decided i wanted to log on and i dunno what happen or how to fix it  plz help but im getting this



dunno what happen to those files cuz ive had all of them for years now  so this caught me by surprize so how and what do i need to do to fix and get it working again

Maybe your antivirus ate them? If so, then either un-quarantine them or reinstall. Whitelist City of Heroes and PChat.

Always. Always. Always backup your PChat to a flash drive, especially the bases, client, database, and costume folders.

its been so long  where do i dl pc chat and the issue 24 stuff again ?

well i was able to get it to launch pc  but now all the toons i had 30ish  are gone and its empty   ?  what happen to all my characters i thought there were saved  server side

Nothing is saved server side.  It's all on your PC in your own files.  That's why you need to keep these things backed up.
