Old Client-side Costume Mods

I'm looking for the old client-side costume mod that changed one of the female bikini bottoms into the old thong bottom.

There used to be a website that had this, but alas my Search-Fu has failed me.

Please let me know how to find this old gem.

It's almost been a month.  If someone had an answer they would have said something by now.

Personally, I never did this myself so I'm not much help I'm afraid.
