Ok I launched my char. I had no mission (kill 5 skulls) is I think is the first mission.  I had no mission at all. So I went into paragon hall to see my handler. But nobody was there.

Are you launching Paragon chat perhaps?

You don't get a mission automatically when first creating a character, but if there's no mission-granting NPCs around, then, yes, it is likely you connected to Paragon Chat rather than Homecoming.  Check what you have selected in Tequilla.

Thank you very much But how do you get valid Log in to Homecoming?

You need to make a forum account with them and then make a game account via the link on their forums.
