Issues Accessing AT Builds Section

First off, hello! I'm Fugue here as well as @Fugue on the Homecoming servers, I used to play during "live" and I am thrilled to be back home.

The Builds section and its parent thread City of Heroes seem to be generating errors when I try to access them . . . which wasn't an issue a short time ago when I wasn't logged in and viewing as a Guest (just checked - I can view as a Guest but not when logged in).

Is this by design? Or a bug?

I'm hoping to participate more here since the work firewall hates the score.savecoh.com/forums.homecomingservers.com forum for whatever reason.

Nevermind, I can see it now lol - I'm guessing it's hidden to users that haven't posted yet?
