Ice/Kin multiple Build

hi there ^^
coming back with this new toon, i'm reaching lvl 50, and i have some respec available... so, so far, i manage to get things straights, but...

well, i'd like to get something more... aggressive... so if there is someone who has knowledge for a PvE/PvP Build, i'm free to see this.

The only thing i'd like : keep my nova.
