Define awesome build. What are you goals, exactly. Do you have a couple things you want to specifically address in your build, and also, what level is your Brute? Do you have a timeline and/or pricerange to work with?
I helped a friend with ideas on his SS/SR Brute, and there's a handful of fun tricks you can do with either set. But my idea of awesome and yours could be waaaaay different.
