Badge tracking with HeroStats HOWTO

I've seen several requests in-game and through various forums for better documentation on how to use the badge-tracking features of HeroStats. I've published a new HeroStats Blog post on this subject. I hope this helps everyone to enjoy their badging!

Paragon Wiki is part of titan now, no reason why we couldn't create a HOWTO section in there
