Mask Maker not verifying

I've been reading posts on how I need to take a screen shot in order to get this badge verified.  How do I do that?  When I do the Print Screen option, it takes a shot of the screen, but doesn't show the lettering at all, only my toon and the surroundings.

Go into your options, then "Keymapping" tab.

In the "Other" category near the bottom of that window, it will have "Toggle Screenshot UI", set that to a key you don't normally use, and Apply.

There will be NO notification that this change was made when hitting the set key so be careful about it.

Now your screenies should have the UI.

Or type /screenshotui 1  :P

In the chat box, of course, then press Enter and it will take a screenie with all the windows.

I this on all of my characters:

SYSRQ "screenshotui0$$screenshot"
SHIFT+SYSRQ "screenshotui1$$screenshot"

Want a screenshot with the UI?  Just hold down the shift key when you take the screenshot.  Don't want the UI?  Don't hold down the shift key.

Very nice for on-the-fly screenshots and you don't have to remember whether or not you have the ui turned on at any given moment.

I have two screenshots, as two of my toons are missing a badge, per Glycerine.  Tiny 'n Tuff is missing the  Bone Collector badge and Heidi's Guardian is missing the Mask Maker badge.
