OK, I'll admit that I've been active a lot of late - what with school and such - and I haven't been playing CoH or coming to the titan site for that time. Is the resetting of a character list (like on the badge management screen) a side effect of not coming by every once in a while? Or is this some kind of random bug that decided it'd be funny for me to have to go back through and verify all the badges on my 15 or so toons?
