No particular order, this is the "list" I keep mentioning

• Allow characters to be moved to a different server
• Cleanup and modularize backend scripts for Glycerine and HeroStats Done Dec 13, 2009
• Unify the catch scripts so that Glycerine and HeroStats only use one set of code Completed as of Glyc 0.1.5.0 and HS 4.8.1.0
• Allow character switching on the "Manage Badges" page (ref)

The biggies - Stuff I would like to put on the site sooner-than-later

• Expand upon the feeds
• Character Comparisons (badges, etc)
• Adding more statistical voodoo stuff
• Auto-grant dependent badges (ref) (implemented!)
• Supergroup Badges
• Friendslist? (ref)
• "Mobile" versions of the site (iPhone/Android compatible)

Would-be-nices (stuff that is extremely low priority, or we just don't have the resourses for)

• UTF-8 support (ongoing project)
• Non-automated Souvenir Tracking (ref)
• Epic/Patron/Normal Power Pool detection in Glycerine (ref)
• RSS Feeds for Titan news
• Add normal pools to profile?
• Sort profile pages according to stored sort settings (ref)

This will hopefully grow with requests.  Just remember that for now, it is primarily me working on this stuff as a hobby.  I'll do what I can without killing myself.
