Since we officially opened our doors a while ago, we still hadn't made a news piece about it. So I went and
did that. It's the top news piece listed on the site atm.
Additionally, I added a "Contributions Welcome" section to the right side of the
main page, for a quick overview and links to the guidelines and help section. It could probably do with some wordsmithing (I'm not very good at the "stuffy historian" voice
) - non-admins cannot edit that page, so if you can't and would like to make suggestions, post your suggestions here or on the
talk page, or
my talk page, or just about anywhere and someone will see it and respond.
