Off the top of my head:

If it were me, I'd switch the slotting you have in Unyielding with the slotting from either Resist Elements or Resist Energies.  Unyielding offers higher resistance values than the passives and resists everything that all three of the passives do in combination.  Further, although they contribute to the set bonuses, the IOs with endurance reduction components are much less useful in a passive power.

Yeah, something like that.  I think if you compare the two builds you'll find that you're getting slightly better overall resistance values and a slight decrease in your endurance usage that way.

I only really glanced at it before, but I'm going over it a little more closely and seeing what I can do with it.

For starters, I stripped out all of the slots and enhancements to get a clean list of the powers.

I took Acrobatics out.  I can only think of one instance in the game where that might be even remotely useful, but even then it wouldn't keep you from being held (Ghost Widow's 100 mag hold).

Tough and Weave:  I don't find them to be necessary, but if you're going to take them, I really, really don't recommend putting them in the build until after you have Stamina.  Unenhanced, they each burn .33 end/sec for a total of .66 end/sec for 15% Smashing/Lethal resistance and 5% defense.  By comparison, without enhancements Unyielding, Temp Invulnerability, and Invincibility all running at once burn .73 end/sec for 35% Smashing/Lethal resistance, 10% resistance to everything else (except Psionic), and 6% defense (with one mob in melee).

Dull Pain:  You'll learn to love this power.  You took it early, so that's good.  We'll keep that there.

Boxing:  You pick this up at 14.  That means you'll be working through 13 levels with only one attack power.  That's not easy, and usually isn't all that much fun.  I'd recommend moving this earlier, trading it with Taunt.  Even that's actually earlier than I'd probably recommend taking Taunt if this is your first Tanker.  Although Taunt is available early on, most Tanks don't actually start to feel like Tanks until about their early 20s, making Taunt sort of dangerous for a beginner Tanker.

Haymaker:  You pick this up at 44, meaning you'll be working all the way to 44 with only two attack powers.  I really don't recommend that.  Not only is it not that much fun to stand there and do nothing but Taunt and watch the rest of the team fight, if you're trying to grab aggro, only having two attacks doesn't allow you to use Gauntlet to it's full effect.  I suggest moving this much earlier in the build.

Rage:  You should probably work this in somewhere.  While it's possible to go without it, I think you'll be much happier once you have it.  Even if you end up not using it often, you'll miss it when you switch to any other character and find yourself fighting things like Rikti Drones.

Just looking at powers, after some heavy rearranging, but keeping the basic core of all the powers you took, here's what I came up with.

OK, first pass on the slotting.  I only have common IOs in place at the moment.  Assuming you're leveling this tank up, this slotting will help you survive until you can start buying sets.  Keep in mind that you can change a few things here and there without changing the performance of the build much, so this is just a guideline.  It should be pretty effective, though.

Drop one end each from Tough and Weave, put them in Hasten as recharges for better uptime.

In the two builds you posted, it looks to me like you're going after some extra resistance, accuracy, recharge, and regeneration bonuses.  Let's see what we can work to get you those.

Starting with the resistance bonuses, the biggest hole you'll find in an Invulnerability Tanker's resistance is Psionic (you have none.)  So, let's see what set bonuses are available to help mitigate Psionic damage.
Doctored Wounds (Healing, 6 required)
Crushing Impact (Melee, 6 required)
Gift of the Ancients (Defense, 6 required)
Luck of the Gambler (Defense, 6 required)
Impervium Armor (Resistance, 6 required, Psionic resist IO)
Aegis (Resistance, Psionic/Status resist IO)

Let's start by putting a full set of Aegis in one of the resistance toggles.  Let's say Temp Invuln.

Now, since you can only slot a full set of Aegis once (the Psi/Status resist is unique), let's slot a set of Impervium Armor, and let's put that in Unyielding.  Note that the Psionic resistance IO in this set is not unique.  So, let's go ahead and put another full set in Tough.

We have a few attacks with six open slots, so let's look at Crushing Impact.  In fact, let's slot a full set of that wherever we can.  That makes four sets in Jab, Boxing, Haymaker, and Knockout Blow.

Now for Doctored Wounds.  Well, we just happen to have six empty slots in Dull Pain, so let's add a full set in there.

We can also slot a full set of Luck of the Gambler in Weave, so let's go ahead and do that.

Set Bonus Totals:
  • 4.69% Defense(Fire)
  • 4.69% Defense(Cold)
  • 3.75% Defense(Psionic)
  • 4.69% Defense(AoE)
  • 4.5% Max End
  • 4% Enhancement(Heal)
  • 32.5% Enhancement(RechargeTime)
  • 37% Enhancement(Accuracy)
  • 105.4 HP (5.63%) HitPoints
  • MezResist(Held) 8.25%
  • MezResist(Immobilize) 8.8%
  • MezResist(Terrorized) 2.2%
  • 5% (0.08 End/sec) Recovery
  • 10% (0.78 HP/sec) Regeneration
  • 1.26% Resistance(Fire)
  • 1.26% Resistance(Cold)
  • 4.39% Resistance(Toxic)
  • 29.6% Resistance(Psionic)

  • 2.5% XPDebtProtection

Not bad.  We picked up a full 29.6% Psionic resistance and got 32.5% recharge and 37% accuracy to go with it.

OK, now that we've pretty much exhausted our possibilities for Psionic resistance bonuses, let's look at Regen and HP bonuses.

Regen:
Pounding Slugfest (melee, 2 required)
Scirocco's Dervish (PBAoE, 2 required)
Serendipity (defense, 2 required)
Luck of the Gambler (defense, 2 required)
Triage (healing, 2 required)
Numina's Convalescence (healing, 2 required)
Energy Manipulator (endmod, 3 required)
Efficacy Adaptor (endmod, 4 required)
Kinetic Crash (knockback, 5 required)
Force Feedback (knockback, 4 required)
Annoyance (taunt, 2 required)
Perfect Zinger (taunt, 3 required)
Rectified Reticle (tohit buff, 3 required)

We've already filled our melee attacks, so we don't have anywhere to slot Pounding Slugfest.

Scirocco's Dervish can be slotted in Footstomp, so let's look at that set.  As a matter of fact, if you slot all six, you'll get some Psionic defense, but let's just go with the two we need for the regen bonus for now.  I picked the Acc/Dam and Dam/End IOs.

Serendipity will fit very nicely into our two slots in Tough Hide.  I took the Def and Def/End IOs.

We've already slotted Luck of the Gambler, so we already picked up that bonus.

Triage or Numina's Convalescence will work in Health.  Let's go with Numina's Convalescence and slot the Heal and +Regen/+Recovery IOs for a little extra boost to the regen.

Energy Manipulator will work with the three slots we have in Stamina.  Now, there are only three IOs in this set, and one of them is a chance to stun.  I don't think that'll do anything crazy like hit you with a stun, but let's go with it for now.

Kinetic Crash and Force Feedback could be slotted in Foot Stomp, but they both require a significant number of slots, so we might be better off just skipping these sets.

Now, it may not look like we have anywhere we can put Annoyance or Perfect Zinger IOs to get a bonus, but we could put them in Invincibility.  Let's hold on to that idea in case we have room for them later, but not slot them right now.

Rectified Reticle can be slotted in either Invincibility or Rage.  Let's hold off on that one for now, too.

So, what powers look like they still need enhancing?  Well, your resist passives are empty, so let's go ahead and put something in there.  Remember that unique IO in Impervium Armor?  Let's go ahead and put one of those in each of the three resist passives.  What other fun things can we drop in?  Well, there's the Res/+3% Def in Steadfast Protection and Impervious Skin has the 7.5% status resistance (which covers fear effects - another hole in Invuln.)  Let's drop each of those into a power and then fill the last hole with the Impervium Res IO to get a little extra recovery in the deal.

In Taunt, we'll just pop a common Taunt IO in place.  Alternately, you could put a proc in here if you're feeling like it.

We'll put a Run Speed in Swift.

Now, Invincibility.  What do we do with you, old friend?  Well, I personally like to put three Hami Cytoskeletons in there (Def/ToHit/End), but it might not be easy to get your hands on those.  So, let's look at the option of frankenslotting.  Invincibility can benefit from Def, End, Recharge, Taunt, and ToHit, so let's try to hit all of those (well, except for Recharge, anyway.)  Starting with Kismet, I'll grab the Def/End and Def/Recharge and pick up another regen boost while we're at it.  If we put Adjusted Targeting ToHit and ToHit/End IOs in there, we pick up a 2% damage buff.  Now let's slot a common Def IO, and one common Taunt IO.

Let's put the Heal/End Numina IO in Health to get the HP boost.

One common Def in Combat Jumping.

One common Jump in Super Jump.

Let's max Rage and Unstoppable for recharge with three commons each.

And let's finish out Foot Stomp with the rest of Scirocco's set.  (You could look to see if there are any other bonuses you want to get from another set here if you'd like.)

And that leaves our last empty slot for a Recharge in Hasten.

ok this build is way better than any of your builds u had up there at the time if i am correct u want perma rage and things and best def and res rite??? if so this build is a monster may look crazy but trust me i got any ammount of money on it that this is a monster build

either way you look at it you do not run into many psi minions and it wont matter if you do with my build because the def all around is good psi res and stuff might not b that great but base de fis super so either way it can def against psi dmg because it will be crossed with ranged def you kno well i can post a psi strong def one if you want
