Seems as though these two are mutually exclusive - I can't, for example, have Dwarf mode toggled on in Mids and keep the accolades virtual power enabled as well. Trying to enable Dwarf and Essence Boost at the same time is cumbersome too: the two aren't exclusive but toggling one on will detoggle the other until you manually re-select it.
