Arachnos Widow isn't listing all the badges

On the website it doesn't list all the badges a villain can get for the Widows. Some examples of badges that are missing are Global Threat, Road Raged, Wolf Spider Tac Ops, Wolf Spider Enforcer, and others.

Are you saying that you can't add them in the game, or can't see them on a page somewhere?

Is this for a specific character?  if so, which?

The widow and soldier only list 473 badges I can get in cov, but a mastermind i have list 622 badges i can get in cov.

Should be resolved on that character.  There's a weird glitch in the WS scripts that I haven't been able to nail down that caused this.
