Is there a way for me to download this wiki....when I'm online I'm playing but when I  travel I  have ample time to read but no internet access,(usually in an airplane). The PDFs for CoH/CoV are  useful but  I need more details.

Google Gears. I believe it allows you to download entire sites locally.

See what you can find, on Site extractors.

I mean, it's not like we could just go in our file system and give you the entire site, because in reality there isn't that many files (outside the massive collection of images). It's just a crap-load of database records.

Yeah, there are APIs that will allow you to pull down all of the content.  But the others are right.  Even compressed, as I recall, it is around 2 GB of data.  I'll poke around and see what I can find out.
